Jaclyn Wegner is the Director of Conservation Action at Shedd Aquarium where her team mobilizes individuals, communities and businesses to take action through restoring local wetlands and rivers, sourcing sustainably-sourced seafood, tackling the plastic pollution crisis, and more. Jaclyn has led conservation action efforts at Shedd since 2014 and has worked on environmental programming since 2006. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in education.
